• No credit card is required to start the free trial
• Free trial automatically converts to paid subscription unless cancelled
• All trial accounts are subject to the same terms and conditions

3.3 Data Usage and Privacy

• All customer data entered into DSA Connect remains your property
• We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data
• Data may be used for service improvement and analytics (anonymized)
• You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of data you upload

4. Payment Gateway Terms

4.1 Payment Processing

• DSA Connect integrates with secure payment gateways for transaction processing
• All payment processing is subject to the payment gateway provider's terms
• We do not store credit card information on our servers
• Payment gateway fees may apply and are separate from DSA Connect subscription fees
• You are responsible for all transaction fees and chargebacks

4.2 Refund Policy

• DSA Connect subscription fees are non-refundable
• Refunds may be considered for technical issues preventing service usage
• Custom development work is non-refundable once initiated
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment

5. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information when registering for services
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws
• Not engage in any activity that could damage or impair our systems
• Respect intellectual property rights of Shree Web World and third parties

6. Intellectual Property

• Shree Web World retains all rights to our proprietary software and platforms
• Custom development work becomes your property upon full payment
• You retain ownership of content and data you upload to our platforms
• You grant us limited license to use your content for service provision
• DSA Connect platform and related IP remain our property

7. Service Availability and Support

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• Scheduled maintenance may temporarily affect service availability
• Support is provided via email, phone, and online ticketing system
• Response times vary by support tier and issue complexity
• Emergency support is available for critical system issues

8. Limitation of Liability

• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for third-party service interruptions
• You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of services
• These limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by law

9. Termination

• You may terminate your account at any time
• We may terminate services for breach of these terms
• Upon termination, your access to services will cease immediately
• Outstanding payments remain due upon termination
• Data may be retained or deleted according to our data retention policy

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
