Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Shree Web World services — including our website, web development services, mobile applications, software solutions, and SaaS platforms (DSA Connect, Labour Sync, Invoice Cloud) — you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Service Description
Shree Web World provides:
- Web application development and deployment
- Mobile application development (iOS and Android)
- Custom software development and enterprise solutions
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and digital marketing
- E-commerce platform development
- DSA Connect — AI-powered loan management SaaS
- Labour Sync — Workforce management SaaS
- Invoice Cloud — GST billing and compliance SaaS
SaaS Platform Terms
3.1 Subscription & Billing
- Our SaaS products are offered on a subscription basis with different pricing tiers.
- Payment is required in advance for all subscription periods.
- Subscription fees may be changed with 30 days advance notice.
- Late payment may result in service suspension or termination.
3.2 Free Trial
- Our SaaS products offer a 14-day free trial period.
- No credit card is required to start the free trial.
- Free trial automatically converts to paid subscription unless cancelled.
3.3 Data Usage
- All customer data entered into our platforms remains your property.
- We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data.
- Data may be used for service improvement and analytics (anonymized).
- You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of data you upload.
Payment & Refund Policy
4.1 Payment Processing
- We integrate with secure payment gateways. We do not store credit card details.
- Payment gateway fees may apply and are separate from subscription fees.
- You are responsible for all transaction fees and chargebacks.
4.2 Refunds
- SaaS subscription fees are non-refundable.
- Refunds may be considered for technical issues preventing service usage.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment.
- Custom development work is non-refundable once work has commenced.
User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information when registering.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Use services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws.
- Not engage in any activity that could damage or impair our systems.
- Comply with all applicable data protection and privacy regulations.
Intellectual Property
- Shree Web World retains all rights to our proprietary software and platforms.
- Custom development work becomes your property upon full payment.
- You retain ownership of content and data you upload to our platforms.
- You grant us limited license to use your content for service provision.
Service Availability
- We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
- Scheduled maintenance may temporarily affect service availability.
- Support is available via email, phone, and our ticketing system.
Limitation of Liability
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid in the preceding 12 months.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- We are not responsible for third-party service interruptions.
- These limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra, India.
